Today, was one of the best days of my life, it was my first anime convention. After a tiny 3 hours shift I rushed into the middle of Brisbane to wait in line for about an hour. Considering I showed up there 2 hours after it opened, the line was short. The quality of pictures I received were questionable, but you get the point.

There was lots of things to buy! I bought something also but I’ll leave that to another post ^^

But someone didn’t having a nice time.

The ipod got much more attention than the amazing cosplay.

The gaming area was full of heated battles.

My brother kicked ass in mario kart (boy in the grey shirt)! Just look at that concentration.

Outside on the balcony I could get away from the rush for otaku merchandise and relax.

Outside, I actually found a really impressive costume!

It was really fun and I ended the day with another first, some taraage ramen with my friend Taichi who leaves back to Japan in a few days.

I gave him as a going away present, the first volume of his favorite manga, One Piece in English just to make it difficult for him ^^
